We Want Your Input on Our Older Person’s Strategy
Read our strategy and tell us if we’ve got it right. Complete the survey by 16June and you could win a £50 Amazon gift voucher.
We have written our Older Person’s Strategy, and before we finalise it, we want to know what you think.
This strategy sets out our plans for how ACHA will provide housing and services for older tenants over the coming years. It covers things like supporting independent living, developing appropriate housing options, working with health and care partners, and using technology to improve wellbeing.
But we want to make sure we’ve got it right – and the only way to do that is to hear from the people it affects most: our tenants. Provide your feedback and be in with a chance of winning a £50 Amazon gift voucher.
Here’s what to do:
- Read the strategy document available at this link
- Answer five short questions about what you think of it
- Return your survey by 26 June 2026
- Be entered into our £50 Amazon gift voucher prize draw
The five consultation questions
We’re asking you to tell us:
- Do the aims reflect the most important issues affecting older tenants, or is anything significant missing?
- Do the objectives focus on the right priorities to improve the lives of older tenants?
- Is the strategy easy to understand? Is anything confusing or unclear?
- Is there anything in the strategy you disagree with, or think we should do differently?
- After reading the strategy, do you feel confident that we understand the needs of older people and want to support them?
We’re not expecting you to be an expert. Your honest views as a tenant are exactly what we need.
