The Board meet on a six weekly cycle and hold annual strategic planning events in February and October each year. Board members are elected at our AGM (Annual General Meeting) in September.

The Board of Management delegates some areas of responsibility to our Audit and Policy Committees and there are also ad-hoc committees, such as the Remuneration Committee, which meet as and when required.

We currently have vacancies for tenant members on our Board.

Being part of our Board is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to our community and gain new skills and experience.

The majority of our meetings are ‘hybrid’ meaning that you choose to join the meeting remotely or join from one of our offices in Oban, Helensburgh or Lochgilphead.

You must be a member of the Association to become a Board member. Details on how to become a member can be found here.

Board members are volunteers and while we cannot pay you for your time, we will reimburse your reasonable travel expenses and out of pocket expenses.
