Annual Assurance Statement
From 2019 onwards, every social landlord, in Scotland, requires to submit an Annual Assurance Statement to the Scottish Housing Regulator. Our Statement has been determined and submitted by our Board of Management and determines our compliance in relation to the Scottish Housing Regulators Regulatory Framework which includes the Standards of Governance and Financial Management.
