Argyll Homes for All
Argyll Homes For All (AHFA) is a subsidiary company of Argyll Community Housing Association Limited (ACHA).
AHFA carry out the day to day repairs, cyclical maintenance and servicing within ACHA’s 5,100 homes across Argyll and Bute. We have been contracted to deliver these services on behalf of the Association to its tenants.
We have staff and tradesmen located throughout Argyll and Bute delivering services locally.
AHFA is governed by a voluntary, unpaid Board of Directors. The Board currently have 4 independent representatives and are responsible for the strategic direction of AHFA and ensuring delivery of our aims and objectives. More information about our Board Members can be found here
What do AHFA do?
AHFA carry out the day to day repairs to all ACHA properties – these are problems that happen unexpectedly such as a leaky water pipe, faulty door lock, loss of heating or hot water.
We also carry out the pre-planned maintenance on all properties. This includes regular checks, servicing and maintenance of gas, electric and solid fuel heating systems, painting of exteriors and shared close areas, clearing and maintenance of gutters, installation and checks of Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors and electrical installation checks
AHFA also carry out grounds maintenance within some of the common areas of AHFA properties and within ACHA sheltered accommodation.

Simply contact the Freephone number 0800 028 2755 during office hours (Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm). If you have an out of office hours emergency phone the same number and you will be transferred to our emergency helpline.

AHFA is registered with HMRC for VAT under a group registration number 155542607.
