Landlord Report

Argyll Community Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and is regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator, which was established on 1 April 2011 under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010.

Scottish Social Housing Charter

The Scottish Social Housing Charter was introduced in April 2012, and requires all Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) in Scotland to demonstrate how they perform in delivering housing services and other activities against a number of outcomes.

Every October we publish our Landlord report, which measures our performance against the Scottish Social Housing Charter, in terms of the standards and outcomes we should achieve. Our annual report provides tenants and other customers with details of how well we delivered a variety of services during the previous year. Reporting on the Charter also allows us to assess the effectiveness of our work and to identify where improvements could be made.

Copies of our previous landlord reports are available to download via the links to the right of this page – alternatively if you prefer a printed hard copy please feel free to email us at communications@acha.co.uk, with details of your name and full postal address, and a copy will be posted out to you as soon as possible.

The Scottish Housing Regulator’s Landlord report on ACHA’s performance can be found on the Find and Compare Landlords webpage
