Customer Involvement
Customer Involvement is a two-way process which involves ACHA and our customers working in partnership to share ideas and information to improve services and communities.
Customer Involvement Strategy
We developed our Customer Involvement Strategy with our tenant scrutiny group “Your Voice”. The Strategy was written following extensive consultation, and is based on what you, our customers, have told us. Thank you to all those who took part!
