Take Part in Our 2026 Customer Satisfaction Survey

ACHA will be carrying out our next customer satisfaction survey over the next few weeks. The main purpose of this is to gather information on how you feel about our services.

We have appointed an independent company, Research Resource, to carry out the survey and they are aiming to speak to around 1000 of our customers.

Interviews will be carried out either face to face on your doorstep or by phone. If an interviewer calls, please make the time to speak to them. All interviewers on your doorstep will carry identification and a copy of this letter at all times. Please ensure that you ask to see a copy of their identification.

It is important to us that we monitor the services we provide for you and this survey will identify areas where we are getting it right and areas where there is dissatisfaction with ACHA and where we need to improve. The interviews should last no longer than 10-15 minutes. In order to maximise the number of responses Research Resource will make contact during the day, early evening and at weekends.

All the information you give to the interviewers will be treated confidentially and no one at ACHA will be aware of who has taken part or what any individual has said.
