ACHA Continues To Provide Safe Play Areas
Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) is due to complete two new play parks in its new build housing development at Glenshellach, Oban, which will have 107 homes when it is completed in October 2019.
ACHA's Investment Plans for 2018/2019
Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) plans to invest £24.5 million in its existing stock and its new build programme during 2018/19. The budget approved by ACHA's board will invest £16.2 million in the Association's existing 5,150 home and £8.2 million in building new homes.

ACHA Hosts Successful Tenant's Conference
Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) hosted a successful tenants’ conference in Inveraray on Saturday 17th February.
The conference was designed to allow tenant input and ideas to be discussed and brought forward to the Association’s strategic planning days on the 27th and 28th February.
