ACHA Modern Apprentices Earn and Learn

Rachael MacIndeor and George Williamson, are two of ACHA’s Modern Apprentices who are based in the Housing & Neighbourhood Services team in the Mid Argyll office.

During November they undertook a day course on Routine Playground Inspections, which is aimed at those who are responsible for carrying out weekly inspections of our play parks. They successfully passed this course and they have both received their RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) certificate.

George said

I found the course really interesting and now that I have my certificate it will allow me to assist the area teams in carrying out the weekly inspections of our play parks”.

Rachael added “I also enjoyed the course and I am looking forward to putting what I have learnt into practice”

ACHA’s Chief Executive, Alastair MacGregor, said

“We are delighted to support Rachael and George in their careers,”
