ACHA Completes 1st Phase of New Homes at Castle Wood Court, Helensburgh

Argyll Community Housing Association, ACHA, took over the first phase of 16 properties at Castle Wood Court in Helensburgh on 31st January. The initial 16 properties are made up of 1 & 2 bedroom flats and 3 and 4 bedroom family homes.

The remaining 16 affordable rented properties are due to be completed by the Summer of this year. The development also includes 6 units of private rent or sale which are owned by the developer, Callum Williamson Ltd, Helensburgh.

Danny Kelly, Chair of ACHA's Helensburgh & Lomond Area Committee commented "I am delighted that the first 16 tenants have been able to move into their new homes at Castle Wood Court. It is especially pleasing that we were able to specifically adapt 3 of these properties to meet the needs of our new tenants."
