Kirsteen Joins ACHA
Kirsteen
McGinn has joined Argyll Community Housing Association as Director of
Investment & Regeneration. Kirsteen
will have responsibility for the Association’s capital and repairs investment
in the Association’s 5,150 homes and the Association’s 250 unit new build
programme, as well as being a member of the Senior Management Team.
Kirsteen joins ACHA from Maryhill Housing Association in Glasgow and has previously worked at Riverclyde Homes, Rutherglen and Cambuslang Housing Association and Shettleston Housing Association. Kirsteen brings 20 years experience in the sector to her new role.
Alastair MacGregor, ACHA’s Chief Executive commented:
“I welcome Kirsteen to ACHA and I look forward to working with her to deliver the Association’s ambitious plans for continuing investment in our current housing stock and the delivery of our new build programme, which hopes to deliver 250 new units by 2021”
Kirsteen McGinn added:

ACHA’s annual investment programme for capital works, repairs and new build amounts to £17million.
