ACHA wants customer input

Argyll Community Housing Association is pleased to report that a short customer satisfaction survey will be carried out during September and October.

A sample of tenants from across Argyll and Bute will be telephoned by ACHA staff and asked to contribute to the satisfaction survey. The results of the satisfaction survey will be reported to tenants and also to the Scottish Housing Regulator.

Yvonne Angus, ACHA’s Regional Manager advised

“ACHA is keen to seek the opinions from its tenants across a range of subjects including the quality of our homes, communication and value for money. Feedback from our tenants will identify areas where tenants are concerned and ensure that services can be improved”.

All information given will be entirely confidential and participants will be entered into a prize draw to win a 40” TV.
