ACHA Introduces New Office Opening Times
Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) has announced plans to trial a new way to deliver customer services to tenants and stakeholders. The scheme will deliver a more focused service delivery framework, tailored to individual needs.
From Monday 3rd October, our mainland offices in Dunoon, Oban, Lochgilphead, Campbeltown and Helensburgh will be open for drop in appointments every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9.00am and 12:30pm. Our island offices on Bute and Islay will be open between 9.00am and 12:30pm each Monday and Friday.
In addition, customers will be able to pre book appointments with our staff at any of our offices, any time between 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, and we will also continue to offer home visits as required. This will ensure we have exactly the right people and information ready to quickly deal with tenant and customer enquiries.
Michelle Mundie, the ACHA Group’s Chief Executive said: “Covid-19 has changed the way customer service is delivered in so many different sectors and we are no exception. When we surveyed our tenants in 2021, they told us they wanted our services to evolve and give them greater choice. Since reopening our offices earlier this year, footfall has fallen dramatically. Therefore, we are conducting a six-month trial, focussing on the way we deliver services to customers. We want to help tenants with their enquiries when they first visit, rather than making repeated visits. We are also introducing innovations such as a new online tenants’ portal which will be launched in the next few months”.
