ACHA consults on Antisocial Behaviour
Argyll Community Housing Association aims to play an active role in tackling antisocial behaviour within communities.
Their Antisocial Behaviour Policy covers issues such as possession, dealing and cultivation of drugs, violence and threats of violence, abuse, including homophobic, racial abuse and sexual abuse, loud music, harassment & general neighbour nuisance.
Yvonne Litster, ACHA’s Regional Manager advised “To ensure that our approach to antisocial behaviour continues to meet the expectations of our tenants and the communities in which we operate, we are conducting a review of our Antisocial Behaviour Policy. We are seeking the views of our tenants and the wider community to ensure that we are able to focus on specific areas of concern”.
In particular, the Association is interested in receiving feedback regarding the length of time ACHA should take to fully resolve a complaint.
