ACHA Evicts Drug Dealer from Oban Tenancy

Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) has successfully secured a decree for eviction against a convicted drug dealer at Oban Sherriff Court. The party concerned was an ACHA tenant, living in one of the Association’s properties in Miller Road, Oban, next to Oban High School. The eviction was formally concluded on the 17th December 2018.

“I am delighted that we have secured this victory. I would like to thank the Association’s staff who presented the case in Court and stood up for our communities against drug dealers.”

ACHA’s 10 10 10 Initiative Assists Local Schools

A panel made up of staff from Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA), and Argyll and Bute Council has just completed an evaluation of applications from Argyll and Bute Schools for an award from ACHA’s Schools Award Scheme.

ACHA Landlord Report 2017/18

ACHA has published its 2017/18 Landlord Report, which measures its performance against the standards set out by the Scottish Housing Charter, introduced by the Scottish Government in 2012, in terms of quality and value of the service that should be provided.
