ACHA Launches New Grounds Maintenance Team
Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) has launched its new Grounds

Maintenance team. The Association has extensive areas of land throughout Argyll and Bute located and neighbouring its 5,100 properties. Historically, the Association have contracted work out but has taken the decision to bring the works in house to deliver ACHA’s strategic objective of maintaining and improving the neighbourhoods its tenants live in.

Housing Association, has attained the CIH (Chartered Institute of Housing) Level 3 in Housing Practice. The aim of the qualification is to provide students with a broad knowledge and understanding of key areas in delivering housing services.

ACHA Completes 1st Phase of New Homes at Castle Wood Court, Helensburgh
Argyll Community Housing Association, ACHA, took over the first phase of 16 properties at Castle Wood Court in Helensburgh on 31st January. The initial 16 properties are made up of 1 & 2 bedroom flats and 3 and 4 bedroom family homes.
ACHA holds Tenants' and Members' Conference

Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) has held its annual Tenant's and Members' Conference in Inveraray.
The Conference focused on three key themes, getting involved, planning services for the future and rents and value for money. Breakout sessions focused on ideas and priorities going forward.
