Ardrishaig Residents Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of their Sheltered Housing Complex

Community Housing Association’s sheltered housing complex at Caledonia Court in
Ardrishaig has reached its 40th Anniversary and to help celebrate
the occasion, a party was held with Tenants, ACHA’s staff and invited guests.

Caledonia Court, comprising of 17 flats in Ardrishaig, officially opened its doors to tenants on 19 October 1982 and was the first sheltered housing complex in Argyll to include a lift.
ACHA Rent Consultation 2023/24 Engagement Events
As part of the current 2023/24 Rent Consultation, Argyll Community Housing Association will be holding a number of drop-in events around Argyll and Bute. These informal events will allow our tenant’s to discuss the Rent Consultation with members of Finance, Investment, Housing & Neighbourhood Services, Welfare Rights and Energy Efficiency.
Argyll Community Housing Association completes dementia-friendly homes in Campbeltown

Argyll Community Housing Association has completed the conversion of the former grade C listed Millknowe Stores Shop and the flat above into 2 x 2 bedroomed dementia-friendly homes, the first of its kind in Campbeltown. The Millknowe Store was acquired by the Association in April 2019 which allowed the properties to be converted to meet housing need in the area.
