This policy outlines how we manage the maintenance of our properties. To ensure it meets your needs, we would like to know:

  • If our current methods for reporting repairs are accessible.

  • Your thoughts on how repairs are delivered and how performance is monitored.

  • If you would find an online repairs dashboard useful for tracking progress.

  • Anything else you believe should be included in the policy.
