Engagement Plan
The Scottish Housing Regulator’s engagement plans describe their work with social landlords. They publish an engagement plan for every social landlord in Scotland. Where a registered social landlord is part of a group, they will publish one engagement plan for the group.
The engagement plan sets out:
- why SHR are working with us
- what we need to do
- what we needs to send to SHR
- what SHR will do
- our regulatory status (for registered social landlords).
SHR may ask some landlords for more information and assurance. The information we ask for will be set out in our engagement plans.
SHR may also ask systemically important registered social landlords for more information and assurance.
