Customer Services Assistant

Helensburgh 
21 hours per week
Salary Grade 10, (£9,387 - £10, 430 per annum)    
                                    

The Association is seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to assist with delivering high levels of administrative and clerical support within the Association’s Customer Service Centre in Helensburgh.

The successful candidate needs to have a minimum of 3 Standard grades or equivalent and/or a secretarial or administrative qualification, along with relevant work experience and aptitude.

The working pattern for this post is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

The post-holder will have regular contact with customers, staff and contractors by telephone therefore a degree of organisational, administrative and communication skills are necessary.
