FISH Argyll Project
Financial Inclusion Services in Housing
ACHA has developed a project to help households combat the effects of the credit crunch. This project has won the Chartered Institute of Housing in Scotland award for Best Practice. The project has four strands:
Forging partnerships with the credit unions in Argyll to enable tenants to pay in to savings accounts at any ACHA office.
A theatre roadshow for schools called ‘Meet the Wiltons’ which gave pupils in November 2008 information on budgeting, credit cards and cost of living.
