ACHA has a network of offices which are ‘fit for purpose’, meaning they will offer:
• Good accessibility
• Suitable accommodation for both customers, visitors and staff
• Confidential interview and meeting facilities
At all offices tenants can expect a high service level that will be in keeping with the identity and values of ACHA.
In addition to the above office locations ACHA will introduce a new mobile housing office that will assist in bringing services closer to tenants especially in very remote and island communities.
It is anticipated that most, if not all, existing housing staff will transfer to ACHA along with the houses. This means that you will continue to deal with staff that you know. There will also be new members of staff employed with specific areas of expertise.
All staff members will go through a training programme to enable them to carry out their job in a friendly, positive and professional manner
