The role of the Director of Housing and Neighbourhood Services is to ensure that ACHA provides the highest quality of services to tenants and other customers.
It is the role of the Director to ensure that regulatory and performance targets are met and that services are delivered in line with the business plan.
As a member of the Association’s Management Team, the Director plays a key role in advising and supporting the Board of Management to formulate policies and plans for the future development of the Association.
