If your repair is an emergency please telephone our freephone number on 0800 028 2755.
Alternatively you could e-mail our control centre at acharepairscentre@acha.co.uk.
Don't forget about the new Repairs Satisfaction forms that tenants will be encouraged to complete. This will let us know if you think the contractor has done a good job or not.
